…t dashboard The project dashboard now derives three sections from listings, attention hints, the lobby, and the owner's gh account, storing nothing new: - Needs you: the viewer's failed runs and unanswered questions, then open pull requests requesting their review. - Pick back up: old Ace's ranking over the viewer's open pull requests and assigned issues, with Continue for a pull request whose head branch is a channel's lane (a teammate's too) and Open in a channel otherwise. - Team pulse: per teammate, whether they are here, their active channels with summaries, and runs that ended in their channels since this browser last opened the dashboard. Pull request list items now carry their head branch and whether they come from a fork. Part of #36. Why: apps/app/src/work.ts#function byBranch | a channel's lane branches must keep the form <channel prefix>/<lane> for dashboard rows to find the channel on a pull request Why: apps/host/src/github.ts#function list | GitHub reads for the dashboard use @me searches through this host's gh account, never a peer's

Part of #36. The project dashboard gets three sections built from listings, attention hints, the lobby, and the owner's
ghaccount. Nothing new is stored durably. The greeting, the composer with its This Mac / Run in cloud picker, and the channel list (now titled Channels) work as before.attention.ts; opening the channel clears them), then open PRs requesting the viewer's review.pick-back-up.tsin githubnext/1111). A PR with a channel on it comes first, then the viewer's drafts, then their other open PRs, then issues assigned to them, newest first, up to 10. A fork's PR is skipped unless a channel is on it. Each row offers Continue, which opens the existing channel (a teammate's too, with their name shown), or Open in a channel, which uses the same prompt and create path as the Issues and PRs pages. How channels are matched to PRs. A lane's branch is
<channel prefix>/<lane>, and prefixes are unique on a host, so a PR's head branch names the channel that pushed it. When two hosts have the same prefix, the viewer's own channel wins. To support this,github-listPR items now includeheadandfork(headRefName,isCrossRepository). The new fields are optional, so older cached entries still load.GitHub reads use the existing cached
github-listrequests withauthor:@me,review-requested:@meandassignee:@mesearches, all through this host'sghaccount. A peer's account is never used.Product calls
Remaining for #36
Smoke test: an isolated host from source (temp
ACE_HOME/ACE_CONFIG_HOME,ace serve --loopback) serving the built app, viewed in headless Chrome at desktop and phone widths, using a real clone of iamnbutler/toddler-game-center.mellow-delta/…) showed Continue for themellow-deltachannel, and clicking it opened that channel. The other two offered Open in a channel.@mesearches against repos that have review requests and assigned issues. Not tested: Team pulse with real teammates (a loopback host has no peers or lobby), and clicking Open in a channel (its agent would push to a real PR).
Built in Ace
Built with Claude Code outside Ace, in a session already running there; no Ace gap involved.
